CRNA

We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a part-time position at our outpatient pediatric dental practice in San Leandro. This is a specialized role focusing on General Anesthesia for healthy pediatric patients in a high-efficiency, collaborative office setting.

You will work under the supervision of an anesthesiologist in a streamlined environment that prioritizes patient safety and clinical excellence.

Schedule & Hours

• Part-Time: Schedule is based on surgical volume.
• Shift Flow: Cases typically begin in the morning; the shift concludes once the daily surgical schedule is completed.
• No Call / No Weekends: Enjoy a schedule with no hospital "on-call" requirements, no nights, and no weekends.

Compensation

• Rate: $125 – $175 per hour (Pay is commensurate with pediatric GA experience).
• Note: This is a part-time/per-diem position and does not include a benefits package.

Requirements (Qualifications)

• Experience: 2+ years of Pediatric General Anesthesia (GA) experience (Preferred).
• Licensure: Valid California RN and CRNA license in good standing (Required).
• Certification: Current NBCRNA Board Certification (Required).
• Life Support: Active PALS and ACLS certifications (Required).
• Skills: Expert-level pediatric airway management and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe General Anesthesia for healthy pediatric dental patients.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia screenings and post-operative recovery oversight.
• Work efficiently with the dental clinical team and supervising Anesthesiologist to maintain a smooth daily workflow.
